Selected activities will include special opportunities or discounts for members to bring a friend along.

Members can add children to their membership for FREE giving them access to applicable children's membership benefits and activities.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership
1962 Membership provides access to the benefits advertised by 1962 Caribbean Events. Membership benefits may develop or change as new activities and opportunities are introduced.

2. Children
Children can be added to an eligible membership for £0 per child. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian. Age restrictions and adult supervision requirements may apply to individual activities.

3. Caribbean Drumming
Caribbean Drumming Experiences are a membership benefit. Sessions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed on a fixed weekly or monthly timetable. Dates, times, locations and spaces will be announced when sessions are arranged.

4. Free Taster Session
The advertised free drumming taster is a one-off introductory opportunity. Attending the free taster does not create or include an ongoing membership.

5. Events & Discounts
Membership discounts apply only to qualifying activities and events organised directly by 1962 Caribbean Events unless otherwise stated. Discounts may not apply to third-party vendors, food, drinks or externally operated services.

6. Activities & Availability
Some activities may have limited capacity and require advance booking. Membership does not guarantee a place where an activity has reached capacity.

7. Payments
Membership payments must be kept up to date to continue receiving membership benefits. Where a payment is missed or remains unpaid, membership benefits may be paused or cancelled.

8. Changes to Membership
As 1962 Caribbean Events grows, we may add, remove or amend membership benefits, activities or offers. Where there is a significant change affecting members, we will aim to provide reasonable notice.

9. Behaviour & Safety
We want 1962 activities to be welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow any safety instructions provided at our events and activities.

10. Cancellation
Members can choose to cancel their membership. Cancellation stops future membership benefits in accordance with the applicable billing period. Payments already made are generally non-refundable once the relevant membership period has started, except where required by law.

11. Personal Information
Information supplied when joining will be used to administer your membership, payments and relevant membership communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
